Cruise Cabs Pvt. Ltd., operating as Corporate Cruise, is a DPIIT Startup India recognised transportation company (DIPP252761) providing subscription cab services in Delhi-NCR. This Privacy Policy applies to our website (corporatecruise.in), mobile application, and all associated services.

Information you provide:

• Name, email address, phone number during registration
• Home and office addresses for route configuration
• Emergency contact details (for SOS feature)
• Payment information (processed securely via third-party payment gateways — we do not store card data)
• Communications you send us (WhatsApp, email, contact form)

Information collected automatically:

• GPS location during active rides (for navigation and safety)
• Device information (type, OS version, app version)
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
• IP address and approximate location

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our cab services
• Match you with appropriate drivers and routes
• Process payments and maintain KM wallet records
• Enable the SOS emergency feature and share location with emergency contacts when activated

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Location access is required for our core service. We collect your GPS coordinates:

• During rides: Continuously for navigation, route tracking, and safety monitoring
• When SOS is triggered: Shared with emergency contacts and our control room
• Background location: Only when you have an active ride — not at other times

You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings, but this will prevent the service from functioning.

All Corporate Cruise vehicles carry front and rear dashcams. Footage is stored securely for 30 days and automatically deleted unless flagged for an incident review. Access to footage is restricted to authorised personnel and law enforcement when legally required.

We share your information only with:

• Your assigned driver — name and phone number for ride coordination
• Emergency contacts you register — location shared only when SOS is triggered
• Payment processors — for billing (Razorpay or similar; governed by their privacy policies)
• Law enforcement — when required by law or a valid court order
• Service providers — SMS, mapping, analytics tools operating under strict data processing agreements

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 2 years for accounting and legal compliance. Ride records are retained for 3 years. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to statutory retention requirements.

Under applicable Indian data protection laws, you have the right to:
