Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Cruise Cabs Pvt. Ltd. ("Corporate Cruise," "we," "us," or "our") including our website, mobile application, and subscription cab services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Corporate Cruise provides a subscription-based cab service for professionals in the Delhi-NCR region. Our services include:

• Basic Cruise — Shared cab subscription with up to 6 co-riders.
• Premium Cruise — Flexible sharing options (private, dual, triple) with priority support.
• Pink Cabs — Women-rider-only cab service with verified professional drivers.

Services are billed on a kilometre-wallet basis. Subscription details, pricing tiers, and sharing options are outlined on our Pricing page and in your individual service agreement.

To use Corporate Cruise services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate personal information during registration.
• Pay the one-time registration fee of ₹99 (discounted from ₹499).
• Maintain a valid phone number and email address on your account.

Pink Cabs subscriptions are available exclusively to women passengers and are operated by verified professional drivers.

KM Wallet System: All fares are calculated in kilometres. When you subscribe, you are allocated a KM wallet based on your plan and estimated daily commute distance.

Tiered Pricing: Per-kilometre rates decrease as your monthly usage increases. Exact rates are detailed on the Pricing page.

Billing Cycle: Subscription billing runs in 28-day cycles. Payments are due at the start of each cycle.

Payment Methods: UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards. Cash is not accepted.

No Surge Pricing: Corporate Cruise does not apply dynamic or surge pricing. Your agreed rate applies at all times.

Ride Cancellations: Premium and Pink Cabs plans include 2–6 free cancellations per month depending on your sharing configuration. Cancellations beyond the free limit may be charged at ₹30–₹50 per ride.

Plan Changes: Plan changes are effective from the next billing cycle. Downgrades do not receive a refund for the current cycle.

Subscription Termination: You may terminate your subscription with 7 days' written notice. Unused KM balance may be refunded at our discretion, subject to a processing fee.

As a rider, you agree to:

• Be ready at your pickup point at the confirmed time.
• Treat drivers with respect. Verbal abuse, harassment, or physical altercation will result in immediate account suspension.
• Not request stops outside agreed routes without prior coordination.
• Not carry prohibited items including weapons, flammable materials, or illegal substances.
• Use the SOS feature only in genuine emergencies.

All Corporate Cruise drivers undergo police verification, background checks, license validation, training, and periodic re-verification. Vehicles are inspected regularly and carry mandatory safety equipment including first-aid kits and fire extinguishers.

In the event of an emergency, use the in-app SOS button which alerts our 24/7 control room, your emergency contacts, and if needed, the nearest police station. Corporate Cruise provides passenger insurance coverage for all rides.

Corporate Cruise operates a hierarchical referral reward program. Referral rewards are credited as KM wallet balance. Rewards do not expire. Corporate Cruise reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program with 30 days' notice. Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

Corporate Cruise shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of rides taken in the preceding 28-day billing cycle.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
